Welcome to ASB Graphics. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all printing services, products, and related transactions provided by ASB Graphics (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, using our website, or engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Overview

ASB Graphics provides professional design and printing services, including but not limited to:

  • Brochure Printing – Stunning brochures tailored to your brand identity, perfect for marketing, events, and presentations.

  • Catalog Printing – Custom-designed catalogs to showcase your products and services in a variety of sizes, finishes, and bindings.

  • Business Stationery – Business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and more, ensuring consistent branding across all communications.

  • Marketing Materials – Flyers, posters, direct mail pieces, and other collateral to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Custom Printing – Personalized printing such as binders, signage, banners, packaging, and promotional items to meet unique needs.

All services are subject to these Terms and to any specific written estimate or quote provided by ASB Graphics.

2. Orders and Approval

  • Orders must be submitted in writing or through our online ordering system.

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, artwork, and specifications prior to production.

  • Once final approval is given, ASB Graphics is not liable for typographical, graphic, or layout errors contained in client-provided files.

  • Any revisions requested after approval may incur additional charges and extend turnaround times.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your official invoice or quote.

  • A deposit may be required prior to production.

  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved electronic payments.

  • Late payments may result in interest or service fees.

4. Turnaround and Delivery

  • Production time begins only after final proof approval and payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

  • ASB Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or material shortages.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the Client upon shipment or pickup.

5. Proofs, Colors, and Materials

  • Due to differences between monitors, inks, and materials, color variations may occur between digital proofs and printed output.

  • Minor variations in cutting, folding, or finishing are within standard printing tolerances.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be requested before production begins.

  • Once printing has started, cancellations or refunds cannot be granted.

  • Claims for defective or incorrect products must be made within 5 business days of delivery.

  • If approved, replacements or credits will be issued at the discretion of ASB Graphics.

7. Intellectual Property and Artwork Use

  • All logos, images, and artwork supplied by the Client remain the property of the Client.

  • The Client represents and warrants that they have the right to use all materials submitted for printing.

  • ASB Graphics is not liable for copyright or trademark violations arising from client-supplied artwork.

  • Unless otherwise requested in writing, ASB Graphics reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, samples, or marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

ASB Graphics’ total liability for any claim relating to our products or services shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed deadlines, or business interruption.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any personal or business information provided is kept confidential and used solely for order fulfillment, communication, or billing purposes.

10. Updates to These Terms

ASB Graphics reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
