Refund & Returns Policy

At ASB Graphics, every project is custom made to your specifications. Because printed materials are personalized, refunds and returns are limited. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

  • Once printing has started, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.

  • Any design or setup costs already incurred prior to cancellation will be deducted from refunds (if applicable).

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and a written description of the issue.

  • Our team will review and may offer a replacement, future order credit, or partial refund depending on the situation.

Please note: Slight variations in color, trimming, or finish are common in print production and are not considered defects.

3. Shipping Delays or Damage

  • ASB Graphics is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers once products leave our facility.

  • If your package arrives damaged, file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist you with documentation if needed.

4. Design & Proof Approval

We print based on your final approved proof. ASB Graphics is not responsible for:

  • Typographical errors

  • Low-resolution images

  • Incorrect file setup or design provided by the customer

Always double-check your proofs before approving production.

Artwork Upload & Design Guidelines

To ensure your printed materials come out looking their absolute best, please follow the file preparation and artwork upload guidelines below.

1. Accepted File Formats

We accept:

  • PDF (preferred)

  • AI / EPS (with fonts outlined)

  • JPG / PNG (minimum 300 DPI at final size)

All files should be in CMYK color mode, not RGB.

2. File Setup Guidelines

  • Your Project manager will define set-up guidelines based on your specific project.

3. Color Matching

  • Colors may appear differently on screens versus print due to monitor calibration and material differences.

  • For exact brand colors, please provide Pantone (PMS) values and request a color match proof which may incur a separate fee..

4. Proof Approval

You’ll receive a digital proof before production. Review carefully for spelling, layout, colors, and design placement. Your final approval confirms that all elements are correct.

5. File Ownership and Copyright

  • You must own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, and content uploaded to ASB Graphics.

  • ASB Graphics is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-supplied files.

6. Upload Process

Artwork can be uploaded:

  • Directly through our website order form.

  • By email (for small files).

  • Via a cloud storage link (for large files).

Include your company name and order number in the file name (e.g., CompanyName_Brochure2025.pdf).
